Tina Vaughn is a Northern California-based artist whose work explores the spaces where the inner and outer worlds meet. She creates pieces that function as both energetic portals and objects.

Her practice is rooted in the belief that art can function as a field: a site of presence, grounding, and subtle transformation. Through layered gestures, Tina translates the invisible — sensation, memory, intuition, and energy— into tangible form. She is interested in the way color and material hold emotion, how symbols emerge, and how a piece of art can resonate like a frequency.

Her work invites viewers into a slowed, contemplative experience — a place to breathe, feel, and explore inner depths.

Biography

Tina lives and works in San Rafael, California. Her background spans fine art, energy work, and symbolic studies, which form the foundation of her distinct approach.

She works primarily with watercolor and mixed media as well as a private, evolving symbolic language.

Her artistic process is deliberate and intuitive, often beginning with meditation or energetic sensing before moving into material exploration. Each body of work is developed in arcs, allowing the pieces to unfold rather than be forced.

Her work is collected by private clients and is evolving toward larger public and exhibition-focused installations.
